(1) Research and development of Science, Technology & Innovation (STI) is the foundation and driving force for the Academy's development, integrating with and supporting the improvement of training quality; (2) STI activities align with the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; aiming to master and rapidly apply advanced global scientific and technological achievements; progressing towards innovation, autonomy, and technological competitiveness in the field of information and communications. (3) The development of STI is focused and prioritized towards practical effectiveness, combining internal and external resources to enhance the Academy's domestic and international position and image.
